Our strategic objectives
With reference to all association services, our strategic objectives are encapsulated in the following framework. Our key objectives are:
• meeting all law, statutory codes and regulatory standards which apply to us;
• promoting good practice guidance for all services;
• ensuring that key strategic policies such as customer care, data protection and equality are mainstreamed throughout organisational practices;
• minimising risk to our operations through having comprehensive policy and procedural systems in place for all organisational services;
• ensuring that staff training is planned in line with our training needs cycle to promote effective implementation of quality services;
• developing effective partnerships with national and local organisations to maximise access to resources and the promotion of a unified approach to service delivery;
• implementing comprehensive performance management measures so that all services are regularly reviewed against relevant targets;

• using information that is gleaned from performance reviews to improve services on a continual basis;
• reviewing policies on a regular basis in liaison with tenants and other service users in line with our tenant participation strategy.
