March 2022 COVID 19 Update

We are open, although we continue to have blended working arrangements where staff are working from both the office and from home.

We are available online from 9.30am – 1pm and 2pm – 4.30pm Monday to Friday. 

From Tuesday 8 February the office is also open on a Tuesday afternoon – 2pm – 4pm and a Friday morning 10am to 12 noon if you want to see a member of staff. 

You can phone to make an appointment or just drop in.

As normal, you can continue to make both rent and factoring payments by contacting us on 01389 877924.  We are also operating a normal repairs service within tenant’s homes subject to government guidelines.

01 Apr Farewell to Faifley Housing Association The transfer of engagements from Faifley Housing Association to Caledonia Housing Association took place on 1 April 2022 following approval being granted by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). This means that Caledonia are now responsible for the homes and services that were previously provided by Faifley.
