COVID 19 update:

Staff have returned to the office subject to restrictions and social distancing, but visitors are still not permitted into the office until we are satisfied that it is safe for everyone to do so.  We will continue to monitor Government advice and will keep you informed of any changes.

We are operating a full repairs service within tenant’s homes subject to government guidelines.

12 Oct COVID 19 Update: Office Opening Hours From Monday 18th October we will be opening our doors to customers every Tuesday afternoon between the hours of 2pm and 4pm and every Friday Morning between the hours of 10am and 12 noon. We look forward to welcoming you back.
07 Oct Issue 2 Transfer of Engagements Update Issue 2 of our Transfer News is out now. Landing on door mats in October Issue 2 of Transfer News contains the results of the recent tenant survey about transfer priorities along with information from the focus groups. The update also has information on the transfer progress and details of what you can expect to happen next.
04 Oct Energy supplier gone bust? If your energy supplier has gone bust, you will be contacted by Ofgem and they will nominate a new supplier. Until then, you should take meter readings and wait to be contacted. You can find further information via our link
05 Aug Fuel Support Fund Update We have again extended our closing date for the fuel support fund. This fund will assist towards the cost of your utility bills. If you are a tenant of FHA or are accessing the Faifley foodshare, need help with your utility bills and haven’t contacted us yet for a payment, please do so immediately.
